Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

2. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and the RAN in the return package.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
